Swype.Cards Returns and Cancellations Policy

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICE FINALITY
Swype.Cards offers non-tangible digital goods and financial services, including but not limited to:
- Virtual and physical prepaid cards
- Card issuance fees
- Account funding or loading
- Transaction processing services
- Premium account features
Because these services are delivered instantly or near-instantly, and often tied to regulated financial processes, all purchases are considered final once processed.
2. CANCELLATIONS
You may request cancellation of a pending product or service only if:
- The product has not yet been delivered, activated, or issued.
- The card or balance has not been used in any way.
- The cancellation request is received within 30 minutes of the initial order.
To request cancellation, please contact our support team at support@swype.cards with the subject line: "CANCELLATION REQUEST – [Your Order ID]".
Note: We cannot cancel or refund any service that has already been:
- Activated, used, or partially redeemed
- Funded with real money or linked to third-party accounts
- Shared externally or delivered via API/webhook
3. REFUNDS
Refunds may be granted only in the following scenarios:
- A technical issue prevented delivery and was verifiably caused by Swype.Cards.
- You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
- Your card was not issued due to a verified system or compliance error.
All eligible refunds will be processed:
- Back to the original payment method (where possible)
- Within 7–10 business days of approval
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Inactivity or non-use
- Cards used fraudulently by someone with access to your account
- Misuse of card details after delivery
4. FRAUD & ABUSE PROTECTION
Swype.Cards reserves the right to withhold refunds, cancel services, or suspend accounts if we detect:
- Abuse of our platform (e.g., excessive refund requests)
- Fraudulent use of card products or funds
- Breach of our Terms & Conditions or applicable laws
5. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR CANCELLATION
To request support, please email:
support@swype.cards
Include:
- Your full name
- Your order or card ID
- Description of the issue
- Any supporting screenshots or logs
Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 business hours.
6. LEGAL & REGULATORY DISCLOSURE
Swype.Cards operates in accordance with:
- PCI-DSS for secure card data handling
- U.S. financial regulations (KYC/AML)
- GDPR and CCPA for data protection
All refunds and cancellations are subject to our compliance obligations. In some cases, verification may be required before we can process a request.
7. OUR COMMITMENT
We want every customer interaction to be safe, clear, and reliable. While we cannot refund digital services that have already been consumed, we will always act in good faith to resolve genuine issues as quickly and fairly as possible.
